[Product Applications]
The electric flat gate valve produced by the group is a sliding valve with parallel gate plates as closing parts. Its closing parts can be a single gate plate or double gate plates with a spreading mechanism between them. The pressing force of the gate plate against the valve seat is controlled by the medium pressure acting on the floating gate plate or floating valve seat. For double gate plate flat gate valves, the spreading mechanism between the two gate plates can supplement this pressing force.
[Product Classification]
Flat gate valves can be classified into manual flat gate valves, pneumatic flat gate valves and electric flat gate valves according to the driving mode. According to their uses and occasions, they can be divided into flat gate valves with flow guide holes, flat gate valves without flow guide holes, oilfield flat gate valves, pipeline flat gate valves, gas flat gate valves and so on.
[Structural Features]
This series of products adopts a new type of floating sealing structure, which is suitable for pipelines carrying oil, natural gas and other media with a pressure not higher than 15.0MPa and a temperature ranging from -29℃ to 121℃, as a control device for opening, closing and regulating media. The product has novel structural design, proper material selection, strict testing and easy operation, with strong corrosion, wear and erosion resistance. It is an ideal new type of equipment in the petroleum industry.
1. Adopts floating valve seats, with two-way opening and closing, reliable sealing and flexible opening and closing.
2. All gate plates are precisely guided by guide strips, and the sealing surfaces are spray-welded with hard alloy for erosion resistance.
3. The valve body has high bearing capacity, and the passage is straight-through. When fully open, it is connected with the flow guide hole of the gate plate, similar to a straight pipe, with very small flow resistance. The valve stem adopts composite packing and multiple seals, which ensures reliable sealing and low friction.
4. When closing the valve, turn the handwheel clockwise, and the gate plate moves down to the bottom. Under the action of medium pressure, the inlet end sealing seat is pushed toward the gate plate, forming a large sealing specific pressure, thus forming a seal. At the same time, the gate plate is pressed against the outlet end sealing seat, forming a double seal.
5. Due to the adoption of double seals, vulnerable parts can be replaced without affecting the normal operation of the pipeline. This is an important feature that distinguishes our factory's products from similar products at home and abroad.
6. When opening the gate plate, turn the handwheel counterclockwise, and the gate plate moves upward. The flow guide hole is connected with the passage hole. With the rise of the gate plate, the connecting hole gradually enlarges. When reaching the limit position, the flow guide hole coincides with the passage hole, and the valve is fully open at this time.
